The Dubois family invites you to discover their nursery garden and its history
The nursery garden is specialised in more than 200 species of hardy bamboos which become acclimatized and are on display in a garden. About 100 species of bamboos are planted in the ground.

Our interest in bamboos started as long ago as 1981 when we received
our first bamboo (Pseudosasa japonica). The second one (Fargesia murielae)
was planted in 1984.
We visited the bamboo garden of Prafrance in Anduze for the first time
in 1985.
Over the years, we broadened our knowledge of this plant, its cultivation
and its propagation.
We specialised in propagation by dividing our clumps of bamboos which
were planted in the ground several years ago and therefore are perfectly
acclimatized.
